If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment for any reason, I respectfully require at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
If there are multiple treatments booked in one session making the appointment 3 hours or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost will be required at time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking the deposit will be forfeited.
